2. What BAXY SSL is

BAXY SSL is a free, open-source, browser-only tool that helps you obtain an SSL/TLS certificate issued by Let's Encrypt. The Operator is not a certificate authority — certificates are issued by Let's Encrypt (ISRG) under its own terms.

3. Service "as is" (no warranty)

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind — including availability, uptime, correctness, or fitness of any certificate or suggested command. To the extent permitted by law, the Operator disclaims liability for any damage arising from use of the service.

4. Your responsibility

• You are responsible for your own domains, DNS and servers and for your rights to them.
• You are responsible for securely storing the downloaded private key (privkey.pem). A lost key cannot be recovered — nobody, including the Operator, holds it.
• You may request a certificate only for domains you own or control. Attempting to obtain a certificate for domains you are not authorised for is prohibited.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for a misissued or rejected certificate, a lost or leaked private key, Let's Encrypt rate-limit exhaustion, service interruption, or the consequences of running any suggested command.

6. certbot / acme.sh commands

You run the suggested commands on your own server and at your own risk. Review and adapt them first (paths, DNS-provider plugin). The commands include --agree-tos, which accepts the Let's Encrypt Subscriber Agreement on your behalf when executed.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Polish law. Nothing here limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the law of your place of residence.
